Questions, answered
Do parents stay during the event?
For under-3s we ask a grown-up to stay. For older kids you’re welcome to drop off - our play team supervises the whole session.
What if we can’t make it?
Let us know at least 48 hours before and we’ll move you to another date or refund you in full. Under 48 hours we can usually still move your booking.
What should we bring?
Grippy socks for everyone (kids and grown-ups) and a change of clothes for messy-play sessions. We provide everything else.
Is food included?
Snacks and juice are included in party bookings. For camps and workshops, please send a small snack along.
I don’t have the Whish app - can I still book?
Yes. Fill in the form to hold your spot, then call us on the number opposite and we’ll sort payment out another way.
